I am an out-of-network provider and do not file insurance claims on behalf of my clients, however that doesn't necessarily mean you can't use your insurance to help cover session costs!

If you have health insurance and would like to file for reimbursement on your own behalf, I will provide a SuperBill and all required documentation for you to complete your own claim. If you are not sure how to file a claim on your own behalf, check out the Additional Resources page for more guidance and helpful tips.

*COLLEGE STUDENTS! Ask about special student rates for self pay services. Proof of current academic enrollment required.

Sessions are fee for service and are billed at self pay rates as defined below:

Individual Psychotherapy

In Person or Virtual Talk Therapy. Talk therapy sessions are $130 per clinical hour (55 min).

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy

Meditation/Mindfulness Coaching

A stand alone, or add on service with traditional psychotherapy. Sessions include education, guided practice, home exercises, and feedback.

Stand alone sessions are 45 minutes and start at $75.

Individualized Yoga Therapy
